Have been praying for the "good" results you got from PET scan. I guess it is "thank you God for small favors"-shorter time & less intense chemo.
My sister has the "port" for her lymphoma treatments & she says it is the only way to go for chemo. No pain, collapsed veins & endless pricking.
Adam seems like a real trooper so far. Children can be amazing. I bet he is more woried about how
you & Martha are taking this than about himself.
How smart psychologically to go on & cut his hair short so change won't be as dramatic.
Also know from my sister that not everybody has same physical reactions to chemo drugs. I'm hoping that doctors have prepared you for worst reaction but that Adam's will be milder.
Also don't mind praying to whatever higher powwer is out there. Couldn't hurt to cover all bases.
